    The Role
    • Restaurant Manager will report to Operations Manager
    • To manage the food and beverage function of the Tap and Pantry and The Grill Room
    • To coordinate both the daily and the strategic operation of the Tap and Pantry and The Grill Room to ensure efficient, professional service delivery in line with the SOPs, revenue maximisation and guest satisfaction.
